Free shipping in New Zealand

We offer free shipping on all footwear ordered for delivery within New Zealand with no minimums on order sizes or value. Shoe care products must accompany a shoe purchase to qualify for free delivery.

We will make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 2-4 business days.

Toll IPEC New Zealand will drop your shoes off to your door. For security reasons all orders must be signed for, so please bear this in mind when selecting your delivery address so your purchase is with you as quickly as possible. If no one is available to sign for your package the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect it.

Our courier requires a signature so please make sure someone will be available at your delivery address to sign for the package. If you would like it left somewhere please specify this is the comments section.

International orders

Our courier for international orders is CourierPost. Your order will arrive within 5-12 working days. For security reasons all orders must be signed for, so please bear this in mind when selecting your delivery address so your purchase is with you as quickly as possible. If no one is available to sign for your package the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect it.

Customs or import duties may be charged when the package reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient. We cannot predict what these may be and have no control over them. Customs policies vary from country to country so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns

30 day returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order to us for a full refund. With our 30 day return policy there are no catches or exceptions. If you are not happy, we are not happy. All we require is that you send the items back to us in their original packaging and make sure the merchandise is in the same condition as you bought it in.

  • You can return your purchase up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
  • Products must be in the condition and packaging you received them in.
  • To enable us to process your return quickly please include a completed returns form. This will have been provided in the box with your purchase, but if you've lost it you can download a new one here.

We recommend that you use an insured and traceable method of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company it may take an additional 2-10 days to post to your account.

Postage charges for international orders are not refundable.

You can also return items purchased online in person at any of our stores. Please take a copy of your invoice and the credit card used for the original transaction. Refunds cannot be credited to any other card. You are also welcome to exchange your purchase for a different pair or a store credit.

Faulty items

We take extra special care to check every item before it leaves our loving arms and is sent to you. However, if you believe you have received faulty merchandise, please contact us and we will have the item collected from you at our cost, and arrange for a replacement or refund.

If a fault develops after being worn, please give us a call and one of our lovely customer service team will be happy to support you.
