Shipping in New Zealand
We offer $5 shipping on all orders within New Zealand with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.
We will make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 2-4 business days.
For security reasons all orders must be signed for, so please bear this in mind when selecting your delivery address so your purchase is with you as quickly as possible. If no one is available to sign for your package the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect it.
We offer shipping to Australia at the following rates:
- $35 per shoe/bag (excl. GST)
- $50 per boot (excl. GST)
We ship via courier and your order will arrive within 6-10 working days. For security reasons all orders must be signed for, so please bear this in mind when selecting your delivery address so your purchase is with you as quickly as possible. If no one is available to sign for your package the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect it.

30 day returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund. This applies to online purchases only. With our 30 day return policy there are no catches or exceptions. If you are not happy, we are not happy. All we require is that you send the items back to us in their original packaging and make sure the merchandise is in the same condition as you bought it in.
- You can return your purchase up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Please include a completed Returns Form. This will be provided with your purchase. If you misplace it you can ask for another by calling 0800 NEW SHOES or emailing [email protected]

We recommend that you use an insured and traceable method of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company it may take an additional 2-10 days to post to your account.
Postage charges for international orders are not refundable.
You can also return items purchased online in person at any of our stores. Please take a copy of your invoice and the credit card used for the original transaction. Refunds cannot be credited to any other card. You are also welcome to exchange your purchase for a different pair or a store credit.
We take extra special care to check every item before it leaves our loving arms and is sent to you. However, if you believe you have received faulty merchandise, please contact us on 0800 NEW SHOES or email us at [email protected] and we will have the item collected from you at our cost, and arrange for a replacement or refund.
